Additionals Conditions

The prices written above are per room, per day (with a minimum stay of 3 days).
The price of the room includes: accommodation with private bathroom, hair-drier, telephone, Sat TV, safe, balcony and air conditioning, mini fridge, Wi-Fi; breakfast buffet, 3 different menus for lunch and dinner, hors d'oeuvre and vegetable buffet; free beach entry and use of the cabins. Deck chairs and sunshades can be rented on our private beach, Acqua marina 113. They aren't included in the prices above, but our clients have a special 10% discount. The use of bathing accessories at the hotel pool is free.
Note:
The prices are based on the real number of people in each room, not on the number of beds occupied! The meals that aren't consumed will not be deducted from the price total.

* Sea view costs € 5,00 per Room, per day
* Room service € 3,00.
* All inclusive: extra charge of € 9,50 per person/day (beach serive at our Beach 113 and drinks at main meals included). Valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

P.S.: the use of the underground parking is free of charge and depends on the availability of the moment. To reserve a parking place is not possible.

Reductions
* Children up to three years of age are FREE!!!!! (in a room with 2 adults).
