Welcome! The new Boheme Residence will open in Spring 2007. The Boheme Residence is located in Rivazzurra di Rimini, in the heart of the Romagna Riviera, just 100 metres from the seaside.

Thanks to a deep selection of our furniture, we offer a familiar and bright atmosphere.

The Fabbri family has worked in the hotel sector since 1960, offering courtesy and high quality services.

The Boheme Residence is an elegant building, made of 10 two-roomed flats with balcony, including:

• a wide and comfortable hall with reception
• service area with laundry
• lift accessible from each flat
• 1 car space per each flat

Prices are indented per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us for long stays for making a private preventive. Prices include: water use, electricity use, gas, tax, use of the whole flat which is completely furnished and use of the whole kitchen utensils. ARRIVALS: the consign of the flat is from 3 o’clock p.m. to 8 o’clock (depends on the cleaning of the flat) DEPARTURES: You have to leave the flat within 10 o’clock a.m. and not later. You must clean the kitchen on your departures; if the guest does not clean the kitchen he has to pay an debit of € 50 which will be deducted from the caution money. PAYMENT: deposit of 200 € at the booking confirm; the rest has to be paid on your arrival TO PAY ON THE PLACE: Final cleaning obligatory: € 50,00. Cleaning during the week by request, only for permanences more weeks € 15,00 Cleaning of the kitchen by the guest. CAUTION: € 200,00 (will be given back on the departures; deduction for damage.
