We created Muā thinking about an ideal place to stay in Bologna.
We looked for an independent building in the hearth of the city situated in a quiet and silent street.
We completely restored it to suit our guests needs offering only few silent and spacious bedrooms provided with state-of-the-art technology.
We conceived a versatile lounge to use as a welcoming hall, a meeting place or a breakfast room.
We combined hospitality and human relationships with privacy and independence.
After two years, here is the result: Muā.
Muā is a modern and elegant structure located in the downtown of Bologna, near to San Francesco square, in one of the oldest and most characteristic areas of the city. It is also near to Maggiore square and the two towers, in a limited traffic area with a lot of public services, such as bus, restaurants, and pub. Muā is in an historical and artistic building, realized in the 20s by the engineer Giulio Marcovigi, completely restructured with the aim of recreating a comfortable place with a lovely atmosphere of great design
Our bedrooms, provided with private services, are designed to suit your comfort, furnished with tailor-made furniture and equipped with state-of-the-art technologies.

Reception Upon you arrival, we will give you an electronic card controlling the locks of the entrance hall and of your bedroom which allows you to enter Muā whenever you want. The hotel keepers Uberto and Aurora will be present from the moment of your arrival, the date of which must be previously agreed via telephone, to the moment of your departure occurring after the morning breakfast. You can contact us 24 hours a day and, should you need our help, we will reach Muā within only few minutes.
