The Hotel Thea with the Dependence is situated in the very centre of the town, just 70 meters from the sea, close to the peaceful promenade of “Gelso” park.
The cuisine directly managed by the owners offers a wide choice of tempting dishes of meat and fish with a rich vegetable buffet every day. It’s the ideal choice for family holidays, with a peculiar care for our little guests.
We offer 3 different kinds of rooms to satisfy every demand. Little kids may enjoy the kids’ corner, gym and swimming pool at the Center Gelso Sport of Igea Marina, while tennis at the Circle 'Il Parco" of Igea Marina and bicycles will be available anytime at no extra charge.

The Residence Thea

The Residence Thea -a new building with a large lift, air conditioning and heating - is situated in the city centre of Igea Marina in a quiet area, just a few steps from the beach.
The building is made up of one-room flats (for 2 or 3 people) and of two-room flats /from 4 to 6 people), each with two bathrooms.
The flats are very comfortable, furnished with great care and with large balcony.
Very good is also the equipment of bed and table linen and kitchen towels. The large bathrooms have shower box and hairdryer.
And to keep in form at your complete disposal everyday the fitness centre Athletic Centre in Igea Marina, tennis courts and bikes for nice rides. All these services are completely free as well as beach service with umbrella + 2 sun beds.

The Residence Giamaica

The Residence Giamaica is situated in the centre of Igea Marina, very near the central pedestrian area (Viale Ennio) , only 60 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the Hotel Thea.
We inform you that the apartments (completely renewed in January 2003) are situated on the third floor in the mansard of the Residence (without lift) and they are provided with washing- machine.
Do not forget the beach service with umbrella + 2 sun beds included in the price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL THEA - In reference to bookings, the first and last day of each stay are to be considered as the day of arrival and the day of departure respectively. For stays of less than 3 days prices will be calculated by adding the cost of any meals taken to the room rate. - No reductions are made for meals not taken by full board guests. The day of arrival the room will be at guest's disposal form 12:00 am and on the day of departure it must be vacated before 10:00 am (regardless of the time of arrival).

The price includes beach service and umbrella + 2 sun beds TYPE A: One-roomed flat accommodating 2 people without kitchen facilities, per week. TYPE B: One-roomed flat accommodating 3 people with kitchen facilities, per week. TYPE C: Two-roomed flat with two bathrooms accommodating 5 people with kitchen facilities, per week. TYPE D: Two-roomed flat with two bathrooms accommodating 6 people with kitchen facilities, per week. The TYPE A one–roomed flats do not have kitchen facilities. There is a 40% supplement for an additional 3rd bed and a 60% supplement for additional 3rd and 4th beds. The TYPE C/D two roomed flats and the TYPE B one roomed flats come complete with kitchen facilities including: sink, two electric hot plates, microwave ovens, fridge and kitchen equipment. The TYPE C/D two-roomed flats dispose of two bathrooms with shower cubicle and hair drier, two satellite T.V., two safes, two direct-dial telephones, two separated air-conditioning systems and two spacious balconies while the TYPE A/B one roomed flats dispose of one bathroom with shower cubicle and hair-drier, one satellite T.V., one safe, one direct-dial telephone, one air-conditioned system and one spacious balcony. Lift and availability of use of washing machine to common use. It has a total surface of square metre 52.00 . The three-room flat is made up of 3 rooms (two of which with mansard roof – height from cm 75 up to cm 240) with 4 beds, kitchen corner, bathroom, store-room and balcony. It has a total surface of square metre 73.00. All the apartments have kitchen corners with wash-basin, electric cooker, microwave ovens, fridge and kitchen utensils ,TV, safe, independent air conditioning and big balcony with table and chairs; one bathroom with shower box, hair-drier and washing machine.
