Remarks: the above prices mean from Saturday to Saturday, excepted the A period. The prices of A period are not valid during bank and school holidays. The stay begins between 4 p.m. and 8 pm. and ends at 10 a.m. Compulsory returnable deposit €. 200,00 per apartment. Reductions for extendend holiday: 5% discount for 3 week stays, 10% discount for 4 week stay Promotion:Final cleaning free for : the apart. Elena with only 2 sharing and for the apart. Mary or Saba with only 1 sharing. Prices include: Air conditioning, T.V. color with satellite reception Tele-text, safe, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, the use of water, gas and electricity, taxes ,the use of fully furnished flats with kitchen utensils. Free Bicycle hire. Cabins and Beach-umbrella (if a minimum of two deck- chairs are hired for one week). Supplementary charges: Compulsory final cleaning to be paid on the spot: Mary and Saba € 35,00 - Elena and Adria € 50,00. Dirty kitchen at the departure extra charge of € 25,00 The compulsory final clean will be doubled in the presence of little pets (on previous request). Weekly supply of linen: Double bed € 10,00 - Single bed € 8,00 - Towel-set € 6,00 per person. Garage : € 30,00 per week - Park with sutthle service : € 15,00 per week - High-chair: € 15,00 per week. - Cot: € 30,00 per week. Microwave Oven : € 20,00 per week Extra cleaning: upon request. - Laundry and ironing service. - Internet Point e Wireless GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. On booking a deposit equal to 30% of the total sum must be paid, this amount must be paid to Residence Hotel Queen within at least 10 days of the actual booking which will be considered as confirmed on the receipt of the deposit. If the client does not adhere to this condition Residence Hotel Queen reserves the right to cancel the actual booking. The deposit may be sent by bank transfer or postal order. Bookings may be made via telephone, fax, letter or internet. 2. The assignment of the apartment depends on availability, and eventual preferences will be satisfied wherever possible according to availability. 3. In the event that a booking is cancelled, we will keep the deposit in the following way: 10% if the cancellation is made immediately after the booking; 50% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date; 100% if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date or if the cancellation is made by telephone at least 7 days before the arrival date Residence Hotel Queen give the possibility to deduct the deposit for a future reservation which can be made within the next year . 4. Guests may arrive on Saturdays from 04:00 p-m. Guests should depart on Saturdays and must leave the apartment by and no later than 10.00.In the event that guests should not arrive on the day expected, they arrive or leave earlier for reasons of their own, they have to inform Residence Hotel Queen and reductions or refunds are not provided for. 5. The payment for your stay must be completed on arrival during check-in by cash, cheque, credit card. 6. On arrival caution money to the sum of € 200 must be paid. In the event of no damage the caution money will be returned on departure. 7. The arrival of more people than those declared on the booking form (even children) it is not allowed. Additional person 10% on the stay (only in some predisposed apartments) 8. Little animals are allowed only up on request at booking and the compulsory final cleaning will be doubled. 9. Guests must follow the house rules of Residence Hotel Queen with special regard to the silence during the sleeping hours or they can be sent away.
