The Aqua Maris Well-Being Hotel is a fully renovated facility located in the shelter of the Boschi di Carrega Regional Park, in the wonderful valley of Torrent Baganza. It is situated in a strategic position, only 10 km away from town centre of Parma, and only 15 km away from the exhibition centre, and from Parma centro and Parma Ovest motorway exits. The hotel is run directly by the owners and it is open all year round. Thanks to its quiet, homely atmosphere, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay, be it for work or pleasure.

Parking lot: about 13,000 sq. ft., private and fenced.
Well-being centre: the basement of the hotel features a beauty and well-being centre of over 2,000 sq. ft. specialised in thalassotherapy treatments. Its Reception can be reached both from the hotel and from the outside. It has 6 cubicles for face or body treatments and 4 special cubicles for Thalassotherapy, where guests can take full advantage of the many seawater properties thanks to the special products that are used.

Room quantity and type: the Aqua Maris Hotel has 38 rooms (of which 4 are interconnecting), that is 10 king-size bedrooms, 2 quadruple rooms, 2 triple rooms and 24 double rooms. Apartment: The Hotel features an apartment with independent access, ideal for long stays, for groups or families. It can also be used as an office and it is fully furnished, with direct DSL line, and independent heating and air-conditioning.

Amenities: The large standard rooms reflect the Aqua Maris Hotel style. They feature:
- ceramic tile flooring,
- modern furnishing, different for every room,
- private balcony (1st and 2nd floor),
or large, bright glass windows (ground floor).

All rooms feature: independent air-conditioning and a private bathroom, with either a shower cubicle or a bath tub. The economy rooms are large and bright as well, ideal for groups.
