Sutri is a city of ancient traditions. Not to be missed is the festival of the patron saint, Saint Dolcissima, that takes place in September and is livened up by a great fireworks display. Furthermore, tourists won't miss the opportunity to drink the local wine in the so-called “Frasche”, the city's typical wine cellars. Legend has it that Sutri was the native town of Orlando. The famous Orlando Cave is situated few kilometres far from the city centre.
