Siror is a thriving tourist resort situated just in the heart of Primiero Valley, along the statal road which connects Fiera di Primiero with San Martino di Castrozza, the latter being the most popular hamlet in Siror's municipality. Siror's old town hosts the parish church of St. Andrea, a medieval building which was subsequently rebuilt during the eighteenth century, and the imposing palace overlooking the central square, the former seat of the municipal offices, which still retains interesting sixteenth-century frescoes. Stone fountains and frescoed houses contribute to give the mountain resort utmost profusion.
Siror's municipal territory includes Lake Calaita, an enchanting Alpine lake situated 1.620 metres above sea level just in the heart of Lozen Valley. In summer, it is a real paradise for the lovers of fishing, while during summer it turns into a cross-country trail and ice rink. The shores of the lake are situated within a short walking distance from San Martino di Castrozza. Halfway between Passo Rolle and Passo di Colbricon are Colbricon Lakes, which are the traditional destination of expert excursionists and climbers.
Cyclists can take advantage of the long cycle path which connects Siror with Imer extending along the course of the stream Cismon. It crosses thick woods, lush meadows, small villages and further enchanting natural settings.
