Scanno, a small municipality of the province of l’Aquila, is part of the protected areas of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. This famous tourist resort, which attracts large numbers of visitors both in winter and in summer, is situated a short distance from the popular ski districts of Passo Godi and Monte Rotondo.
