Sarnonico is a small municipality situated in the province of Trento. Idyllically set just in the heart of Alta Anaunia, it overlooks the underlying landscape from the altitude of 900 metres above sea level.  A traditional summer destination for its dry climate and vast pinewood forests, it attracts large numbers of sportsmen and the lovers of nature.

The noble Morenberg Family, who lived here in the XVI century, commissioned the building of Castel Morenberg and Palazzo Moremberg. The latter, which is the current seat of the Town Hall, boasts richly decorated interiors and outstanding wall frescos.
Sports lovers will have the possibility to take advantage of one of the most appreciated golf courses of the Alps, the famous 18-hole Dolomiti Golf Club, whose technical qualities are complemented by the sweeping views it offers of the nearby Brenta Dolomites.
