Norma is a beautiful city of the province of Latina. Norma gives visitors the possibility to perform plenty of open-air activities, such as horse-riding, mountain-biking and paragliding. The nearby hamlets of Placche Rosse and Gola dei Venti hosts two important rock climbing gyms, while the surrounding mountains, such as Mount Lupone, are crossed by plenty of exciting trekking footpaths and trails. Not to be missed is the beautiful Giardino di Ninfa, an ancient naturalistic oasis that develops around the remains of an ancient medieval castle.
