Castelsardo is particularly known for the so-called Lunissanti Procession, that takes place every year on Easter Monday. Arranged according to an ancient ritual, it is livened up by traditional medieval songs.
Castelsardo's coastline is scattered with intimate coves and lovely beaches that are able to suit even tourists' most demanding requirements. Its compelling beaches of fine sand give children the possibility to play in total safety while their parents relax and sunbathe, while its impressive rocks and cliffs attract the lovers of coastal trekking, diving and snorkeling. The lovely hamlet of Multeddu and its famous elephant-shaped rock attract large numbers of tourists too.
