Situated in the province of Trento, Bezzecca is a renowned winter resort which is idyllically set just in the heart of Alto Garda and Ledro District and develops across a green plain which extends between the Valleys of Ledro and Concei. The city centre is situated a short distance from Lake Ledro and is crossed by the stream Assat.

Bezzecca gathers a remarkably wide array of accommodation facilities, such as hotels situated near the lake, comfortable guesthouses belonging to any category and intimate holiday farms which give guests the possibility to taste traditional specialities from Trentino.

The object of fierce fighting between Garibaldi's army and the Austrians, Bezzecca played an important role even during World War I. Guided excursions to the nearby peaks of Caret, Olbia, Serbano and Naè give tourists the possibility to visit fortified areas and interesting historical sights.
Both Ledro Alps and Carone-Tremalzo-Tombea mountain range are punctuated with plenty of charming footpaths dedicated to the lovers of trekking.
Not to be missed is the excursion to Molina di Ledro, situated on the eastern shore of Lake Ledro. The subsidence of the waters of the lake which took place here in 1929 revealed the existance of a dyke and a kind of lake dwellings dating back to prehistory. Today, the corresponding area has been turned into an educational area, the so called Museum of Piles.
