Acquasparta's old town is dominated by the majestic Renaissance Palazzo Cesi, which was built in the XVI century as the residence of Duke Federico Cesi and once hosted the popular Accademia dei Lincei. Its interior cherishes precious Roman inscriptions which were unearthed in the archaeological site of Carsulae.
Not to be missed are the Roman-Gothic church of St. Francis, the seventeenth-century church of Madonna del Giglio and the church of Santissimo Sacramento, the latter contining a well-preserved mosaic which dates back to the Roman Age.
